我们来准备糯米粉100克,白糖20克,玉米淀粉30克,牛奶160克,玉米油20克,红豆沙适量,看自己喜欢的甜度来加。

做法:

因为红豆沙我上次做的还有,所以这我们跳过这步骤。

1. 我们首先来做Q弹软糯的糯米糍粑外皮,在碗里倒入糯米粉、玉米淀粉、白糖,用刮刀搅均下,再加入牛奶和玉米油,搅成黏稠的面糊,记得还有过滤一遍。

2. 我们在锅里倒水烧热,放入调好的面糊蒸熟25分钟(面糊蒸时用密封包好,扎几个小孔)。

3. 蒸好后我们放在案板上放凉,揉的时候记得带上手套,不然会黏手哦。

4. 揉成小条段,按压成薄皮,把红豆泥也揉成合适的长度,放在中间包裹起来。

做到这里差不多完成啦,切成自己喜欢的形状,就可以直接吃,当然也可以弄点桂花蜜酱或者沾点椰蓉粉也不错的。

开始做的时候,我们取出两个碗一个放蛋清,一个放蛋黄哦,红豆沙我们也要把它取出少量揉成小圆团放好。

做法步骤:

1. 我们在蛋黄里加上炼乳(搅均),加过筛好的低筋面粉和泡打粉,再揉搓成团。

2. 取出少量的团,揉成圆形再按扁,把红豆沙包裹在中间,用小剪刀剪出尖尖的小耳朵,当然我们还要把它放烤箱烤20分钟,温度在165度。

3. 烤好后用画笔沾点融化好的巧克力,画出五官可爱的表情,这个看自己的自由发挥啦。

烤出来的时候,慢慢它会变大,剪好的小尖角耳朵也突起来啦。

大家好我是阿源,快过年了今天和朋友们分享一个豆沙麻团的做法,糯糯的,甜甜的,香香的,非常好吃,做法也简单

首选需要准备的材料有;糯米粉250克,面粉50克,白糖50克,开水200克,适量的豆沙馅和白芝麻

先把白糖放在开水里搅匀,调成糖水

再把糯米粉和面粉搅匀,用调好的糖水和成面团

和好的面团醒15 分钟

利用醒面的时间把豆沙搓成球

醒好的面团切成剂子

剂子按按包上豆沙馅

在搓圆,放在白芝麻里粘上白芝麻,在搓一下防止炸的时候白芝麻掉

油温四成热下锅炸,炸的时候用小火慢炸

炸至全部漂起来就好了

捞出来控油
